I’ve received my quote, how do I complete my booking?
If you have received a quote that means we have availability for your trip! All you have to do now is reply via email or phone the office on 01764 662218 to confirm your booking. Please bear in mind that quotes may change over time, therefore it is preferable that bookings are confirmed within a week of receiving your quote.
Can I make changes to my booking after confirming?
Of course! We will do our best to accommodate any changes such as passenger numbers, timings and pickup locations, yet this is subject to availability and may incur extra costs. Please let us know with as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.
How do I pay for my booking?
After confirming your booking through email or phone, we will contact you nearer the time of the trip with details to either send a bank transfer, cheque or pay via credit/debit card to settle the balance. We currently don’t require an initial deposit for bookings made, yet payment should be made 14 days before the first date of travel to retain the reservation.
Please inform us via email if an invoice is required and who this should be made out to.
What is your cancellation policy?
We know that plans change all the time, so we try our best to remain flexible to accommodate this. Any cancellation fees can be redeemed against future bookings made within 3 months.
Bookings cancelled more than 14 days ahead of the initial date of travel will incur no cancellation charges. Bookings cancelled between 14-7 days ahead of the initial date of travel will incur a 25% charge of the total order value. Bookings cancelled between 7-3 days ahead of the initial date of travel will incur a 75% charge of the total order value. Bookings cancelled with less than 2 days’ notice before the initial date of travel will be subject to a 100% charge of the total order value.
What sizes of coach are available for hire?
We cater to wide range of passenger sizes, offering 9, 16, 35 and 48 seater coaches. Further details and images of these vehicles can be found here. Please note that these images are for illustrative purposes only and the vehicle supplied may be slightly different, although rest assured that each of our coaches are of a high standard.
